The St. Petersburg Fine Art Festival will be held this weekend in the Waterfront Arts District in Downtown St. Petersburg adjacent to and sponsored by the Museum of Fine Arts, St. Petersburg. For the past three years St.Petersburg has been named the #1 arts destination for mid-sized American cities. About 130 artists participate and their medias include glass, painting, jewelry, sculpture, photography, wood, digital arts and more. The Museum and festival are located between Beach Drive NE and Bayshore Drive NE overlooking Tampa Bay. Within walking distance are the Chihuly Collection at the Morean Arts Center, The Florida Holocaust Museum, Salvador Dali Museum and the Museum of History in addition to numerous galleries, cultural venues, shops and restaurants.
The hours are Saturday, Feb 1 10-5 pm and Sunday, Feb 2 11-5 pm
