Shopapalooza, Vinoy Park (Saturday & Sunday)
Start the holidays at the LocalShops1’s Shopapalooza. For two-days  more than 200 local vendors, music, food, kids games and more. Visit Shopapalooza’s website for details. 10am-5pm both Saturday and Sunday. Vinoy Park, 701 Bayshore Drive Northeast.

Christmas Light Maze, St. Petersburg at Tropicana Field (All Weekend)
The largest Christmas Light Maze in the world is officially open at Tropicana Field. Santa Parade and Tree Lighting in North Straub Park
Join the City of St. Petersburg, Florida USA and St. Petersburg Parks & Recreation for the illuminated Santa Parade & Tree Lighting on Saturday. Following the Santa Parade, Mayor Rick Kriseman lights up the downtown waterfront in North Straub Park for St. Petersburg’s annual Tree Lighting. 6-10pm. PARADE ROUTE: Albert Whitted Park, 480 Bayshore Dr. SE., and runs along Bayshore Dr. to Fifth Ave. NE. Tree Lighting takes place at North Straub Park, 400 Bayshore Drive Northeast.

There will be two events held by Pinellas International Council at Pinellas Realtor Organization, both of which one must register.

The first one will be on this Wednesday, October 16th starting 3 pm. I will be speaking on why one should consider attending the National Association of Realtors conferences and attend global meetings, gather information on international properties, attend educational sessions and enjoy face-to-face networking with realtors from around the world without even needing a passport! If you can not attend the conference in San Francisco this November, this session will be good for planning for next year’s conferences. This is FREE but you MUST REGISTER.

The second event is on Oct 23rd starting at 9 am, when returning speakers Brent Barkway, Business Development Manager, and Marc Weintraub, Managing Partner of the Florida office of Bailey & Glasser, will address Helping your Global Clients Invest in the Tampa Bay Area. They will help you understand what the Tampa Bay has to offer including Foreign Direct Investments, export assistance  & updates in the economic developments. You will learn about which VISAs are best suited for International Investors so you be more knowledgeable for your investors. Remember to refer your buyers to the experts on these subjects. You MUST REGISTER and PIC members receive $5 discount on this event.

Daniele Soledad was born in Rio but moved to Tampa when she was 16 when her mother married a Cuban American man from Tampa.

We will be touring properties in Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsborough counties, attending a special presentation tours of the Tampa International Airport and the Port of Tampa, visiting the Salvador Dali Museum, Dale Chihuly Collection, and the Tampa History Museum, Madeira Beach, John’s Pass, Clearwater Beach as well as a Starlight Cruise dinner. Brazil inbound trade mission for local realtors

The 11th St. Petersburg Jazz Festival is happening this Wednesday, February 27th through Sunday, March 3rd, 2019.

All of the concerts are being held at the Palladium Theater and the Palladium Theater Side Door venues. The lineup of artists for the 2019 St. Petersburg Jazz Festival includes multi-instrumentalist & singer Valerie Gillespie and band, vocalist Alexis Cole with the Helios Jazz Orchestra, Remembering Sam Rivers – a tribute to jazz legend Sam Rivers from his bandmates, the  flutist Nestor Torres with Mauricio Rodrigues and Dimas Sanchez, the Martin Bejerano Trio.

Apollo Beach Lighted Boat Parade
December 1st, from 6-9pm
Tampa Sailing Squadron is the host for this community event. There’s good viewing from the docks. Hamburgers and Hot dogs will be available to purchase.
Bradenton Christmas on the Braden River
December 1st, starts at 6pm
The 5th annual holiday board parade with start at Jiggs Landing, the parade will start upriver at 630pm and will end at approximately 730pm at Linger Lodge.
Dunedin Holiday Boat Parade
December 1st, from 6-9pm
Decorated boats parade through the Marina at approximately 7pm. Enjoy holiday music and smores while the kids wait for Santa to arrive by boat to lead the countdown to the tree lighting.
St. Pete Beach/Vina Del Mar
December 1st, starts at 530pm
The parade starts at Pass a Grill at Merry Pier and Sea Horse Restaurant at dusk. Santa will be there for pictures. Firemen will be grilling hamburgers and hot dogs.

Tarpon Springs Boat Parade
December 7th, from 7-9pm
The parade starts down the Anclote River and into the bayous where Santa will give out treats. The best viewing is from Craig Park/Spring Bayou.
Madeira Beach Festival of Lights
December 6th Starts at 630pm
The parade begins on the north side of town and work through the canals to Johns Pass.
Clearwater, Islands Estates Yacht Club Boat Parade
December 8th, starts at 630 pm
The Island Estates Yacht Club Boat Parade is one of the largest and most popular parade. This is their 43rd year. The parade will start in Mandalay Channel and head north and weave in and out of the canals and out to Coachman Park around 8pm. They travel under the Memorial Causeway Bridge turning into the Marina.
Gulfport Lighted Christmas Parade
December 8th Starts at 6pm
The parade starts at the Gulfport Municipal Marina and out into the bay. The parade travels through Town Shores, Kipps Colony and Pasadena Yacht & Country Club on its way to Isla del Sol
Treasure Island Holiday Boat Parade
December 14th, starts at 620pm (Note the Treasure Island Bridge will close at 7pm to allow the boats to pass under it)
Experience the 31st anniversary of the Treasure Island Boat Parade. Best public viewing areas are 115th street, Treasure Island Causeway Bridge, Kingfish Drive at John’s Pass (Gators) and Blind Pass Bridge.
Indian Rocks Beach Holiday Lighted Boat Parade
December 15th, starts at 7pm decorated boats parade through the waterways
Redington Beach/Indian Shores Holiday Boat Parade
December 17th, starts at 6pm
Decorated boats travel through the intra-coastal waterways from Tom Stuart Causeway to the Pub restaurant in Indian Shores
Tampa Bay, Riverwalk Boat Parade
December 22nd, starts at 630pm
Watch the parade as they go from Davis Island, Harbour Island and the Channelside Distirct. You can watch from Channelside Bay Plaza and enjoy the parade from the open wharf.
